New Reportable New Information Form

A new form has been implemented in iRIS. It is designed to replace the Report of Potential Non-Compliance and the Unanticipated/Adverse Events forms. It is used to capture these events in addition to several other reportable events that are required by the regulations and the TAMU updated HRPP Standard Operating Procedures.
