For Safari users: To get the full functionality of iRIS, including files and documents, you must disable your browser's pop-up blocker.

For Internet Explorer 10 or 11 users: While logged in to the iRIS program, place Internet Explorer into compatibility view by clicking the "torn page" located on the URL address bar. When compatibility is off the icon is gray (see example). When compatibility is on the icon will be blue (see example).
